  • We are a small company and offer exchanges for another product or store credit.
  • To initial an exchange, please email returns@wear-am.com within 14 (fourteen) days of the receipt of your order with your order number.
  • Exchanges can be sent back (postmarked) no later than 30 days of the date of receipt of the item(s). 
  • We will not consider any exchange after 30 days. 
  • We provide free return shipping on full or partial orders over $125.  We will send you a return label once you have emailed us at returns@wear-am.com.
  • For an exchange (size or color change for instance), we will send out the exchange once the item is returned.  
  • All items being returned with original tags and must not show signs of wear, soiling, or damage or an exchange will not be given.  
  • All sales are final on sale items and they are ineligible for exchange.
