We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our products.  Wear AM provides a free, pre-paid shipping label in the event that you wish to return your items for exchange or full refund. We also offer a 30 day refund policy from the date the items were shipped less a 3% transaction fee for full refunds.  Garments must not be worn or show signs of wear or the full refund may not be returned.  Please email returns@wear-am.com with your order information to start this process.

Our order fulfillment can take up to 6-10 business days for all orders. This does not include shipping time.  We ship domestically and internationally (except the EU) with USPS First Class mail.  The USPS is encountering some delays still in certain regions. For all EU orders, VAT is now including in the shipping charge.  Each EU country has its own customs regime and process and this can take additional time, but expectation is between 10-15 days.  International orders outside of the EU can expect up to 20 days for delivery.
